Assistant to Management (m/w/d)

In this position, it is your central task to free up the management's back.

You ensure that operational, organizational, and administrative topics are reliably prepared, coordinated, and processed, so that management can focus on strategic and business-critical issues.

Tasks

• Organization, coordination, and follow-up of appointments
• Structuring the daily business of management
• Preliminary preparation of documents, presentations, and decision-making materials
• Taking over administrative and organizational tasks
• Coordination of internal processes and interface to team, partners, and external contacts
• Tracking down tasks, deadlines, and open points
• Independent processing of recurring operational topics
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive information

Qualification

• Experience in an assistant function, ideally at management or executive level
• Very good organizational and structuring skills
• High degree of reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
• Proactive working style and ability to think ahead
• Safe and professional demeanor
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with common digital tools (Office, calendar, email)

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, service, or corporate environment
• Understanding of business processes
• Experience in handling confidential or time-critical topics
