Quality Assistants - Photovoltaic

Intertek, the leading international ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) services company, is looking for Quality Assistants for a one-year project in the renewable energy sector.
The resources will be included in an important industrial reality engaged in the development of latest-generation photovoltaic projects in the Catania area.

Responsibilities:

• Support process and product quality control activities, through sampling, visual and instrumental checks along the production lines.
• Record, document and report any non-conformities, collaborating in the definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support engineering and production teams to ensure the application of quality procedures and established technical requirements.
• Contribute to the drafting of quality reports and the management of documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Support the preparation and conduct of system and process audits, in accordance with company and international standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Collaborate in the activities of raising awareness and training of personnel on issues related to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic or similar fields.
• Experience, even short, in quality control activities or in structured production contexts (preferably in the electronics, semiconductors or photovoltaic sector).
• Basic knowledge of inspection, control and non-conformity management procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and process specifications.
• Familiarity with the main measuring and quality control tools.
• Attention to detail, precision and aptitude for teamwork.
• Availability to work shifts.
