We are seeking Architecture and Urbanism students who wish to develop their training in Social Housing and Social Urbanism projects.
This is an opportunity for practical learning in urban public policies, territorial planning, and urbanistic legislation.
The individual will work in support of the team of architects and urban planners, integrating a multidisciplinary team and participating in field and office activities, such as technical surveys, drawing preparation, site inspections, organization of territorial information, and production of technical documentation, contributing to urban transformation and social inclusion projects.
What will be your great mission?
- Support activities for identifying and sealing properties in the field;
- Assist in the preparation and updating of sealing plans and reference plans for condominiums and housing units;
- Support the execution of site inspections and the preparation of checklists for housing units;
- Participate in architectural and urbanistic surveys;
- Perform reading and interpretation of plans, maps, orthophotos, and cartographic bases;
- Organize and update cadastral, cartographic information, and territorial databases;
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation resulting from the surveys and site inspections carried out;
- Utilize geoprocessing tools (QGIS) applied to urban planning;
- Support architects, urban planners, social workers, and other professionals during field and office activities;
- Contribute to projects that promote the improvement of urban and housing conditions for the families served.
To succeed in this mission, it is essential to have:
- Be pursuing a degree in Architecture and Urbanism (preferably between the 3rd and 8th semester);
- Knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and, preferably, QGIS, ArcGIS, or other geoprocessing tools;
- Good oral and written communication;
- Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines;
- Ease in working in a multidisciplinary team;
- Interest in field activities;
- Interest in Social Urbanism, Social Housing, and public policies;
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
It will be a differential:
- Experience in architectural surveys or field activities;
- Knowledge of housing public policies, urban planning, and urbanistic legislation.
