Humangest, agency for work, branch of Catania, is looking for a company client operating in the sectors of construction, environment and restoration an ASSISTENTE TECNICO DI CANTIere. Job Description The Assistant Technical Officer supports the Site Manager and the Safety Coordinator in the execution of operational and technical activities related to demolition and construction works on the viaduct. Guarantees compliance with ANAS prescriptions, project schedule, quality execution and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities Technical and operational management - Daily support in coordinating site activities. - Affiliation in managing subcontracting companies and operating teams. - Control of work execution according to executive projects, technical specifications ANAS, SAL and current laws. - Daily verification of works: excavations, foundations, reinforced concrete works, metal carpentry, launching of beams, connected works, etc. Work progress control - Measurements and measurements on site (leveling, tracing, quantities). - Preparation of daily reports and site documentation. - Support in preparing the state of progress (SAL). - Monitoring of project schedule and timely reporting of criticalities or delays. Quality and compliance - Control of incoming materials quality (cement, steel, prefabricated components, bituminous conglomerates). - Verification of correct execution according to ANAS specifications, technical norms and control plans. - Archiving of certifications, laboratory tests and technical documentation. Safety - Application and respect of the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and POS of companies. - Reporting non-conformities and risk situations. - Support to the CSE during site coordination activities. Relations with site management and client - Support in managing technical relations with Site Management, ANAS and auditors. - Participation in coordination meetings, with writing of technical reports. Job Requirements - Technical diploma in Geometra or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture - Previous experience (at least 5 years) in infrastructure construction sites, preferably on art works (bridges, viaducts, structures). - Desirable experience on public tenders and ANAS construction sites (knowledge of Alfano protocol, CEANT). Technical skills - Basic knowledge of reinforced concrete works, controlled demolitions and construction phases of a viaduct. - Ability to read executive projects and structural tables. - Use of topographic instruments (level, total station - also base). - Knowledge of normative LL.PP., D.Lgs. 81/08, ANAS specifications. - Good familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, Primus and construction site management software. Transversal skills - Organization and problem-solving capacity. - Attitude to work on site and team management. - Reliability, precision and increasing autonomy in the role. - Availability for travel.
