Job description

We are looking for a Technical Certification Assistant to work in the unit of Barueri/SP – Piracema, supporting certification processes in the area of Connectivity & Products (C&P).

This role is crucial to ensure that certification processes are conducted with quality, technical precision, and compliance with current regulations.

Main Responsibilities

To prepare and execute certification processes using available systems.
To analyze reports of tests and audits applied to the certification process.
To interpret technical standards and regulatory ordinances related to evaluated products.
To provide customer service on steps, requirements, and progress of processes.
To analyze relevant technical documents for product certification.
To organize and ensure necessary documental compliance for each process.
Interface with laboratories, internal areas, and customers, ensuring good operational flow.
To support administrative routines in the certification area.
