As a Wine Assistant, you will support the management of wine lists and customer service, ensuring harmonizations that elevate the gastronomic experience. You will work in Restaurants, Room Service, or Events, contributing to maintaining the standard of excellence and care that define luxury hospitality at Belmond.

Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role with customer service and restaurant service.
• Knowledge of restaurant service techniques.
• Sommelier Course
• Fluent English.
