Assistant to Department Head of Printing and Mechanical Workshops

Ali Lavoro Spa, a job agency in Arcore, is looking for an Assistant to the Department Head of Printing and Mechanical Workshops for a Client company in the Metalmechanics sector. The objective of this position is to support the Department Head in managing the Printing and Mechanical Workshops department, aiming at correct production phase execution and achieving productivity and quality targets. It will be responsible for supporting technical, logistical, and productive issues, as well as analyzing data and KPIs. Requirements: - Technical diploma (preferably in Mechanics/Mechatronics) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial). - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Plus) - Experience as a Shift Manager in Metalmechanics companies - Basic knowledge of OEE and productive KPIs. - Familiarity with reporting tools and production management (ERP/MES). - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel). Offer: Indefinite-term employment with salary to be evaluated based on the actual experience of the resource (indicative range 35-43K) Work schedule: daily or shift work. Workplace: in the immediate vicinity of Arcore (MB).
