Team Assistant Leader

Job Description We are looking for a Team Assistant Leader - PM to join our studio with a workplace in Ponte San Nicolò. In this role at times you will be required to: • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results; • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations; • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring effective communication and coordination; • Provide administrative support to the PM, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • 3+ years of experience in a similar role; • Excellent organizational and time management skills; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
