Description and Responsibilities

The Financial Area of Cooperatives is responsible for performing financial reconciliation of documents related to compensation of internalized cooperatives, including treatments of inconsistencies identified, the registration and follow-up of pending items generated in the compensation movements; registering suppliers and validating tax withholdings on payments for goods and services, covering receipt of documents for provisionment, validation that the document is valid, accounting classification, treatment of retention, registration by principle of competence, alteration of information registration accounts payable or confirmed advances and generation of payment batch and transmission to Sicoob NET and register manual payment type cash, fixed fund and banks, and generate payment orders

Activities

• Execute operational routines for financial reconciliation for compensation products, such as Checks, TEDs, Collection and Pix;
• Perform reconciliation of current account statements from Single Cooperatives;
• Execute classification, reconciliation and registration of financial entries;
• Analyze processes and operational flows, contributing suggestions for improvements;
• Provide assistance to Single Cooperatives and Central System Sicoob.
  
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences
• Experience in financial reconciliation process;
• Experience in accounting routines;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in companies from the financial services sector.
