Financial Assistant – Accounts Receivable and Billing
Position Objective
Engage in financial routines with a focus on accounts receivable and billing, ensuring the correct execution of collection processes, issuance of tax documents, financial reconciliations, and compliance with contractual deadlines, assuring the accuracy of information and fiscal conformity of operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute accounts receivable routines;
- Perform payment postings (manual and automatic);
- Carry out daily bank reconciliations;
- Control and monitor customer delinquency;
- Update collection management reports and financial indicators;
- Issue payment slips, invoices, and other documents related to billing;
- Analyze customer contracts for correct billing and collection execution;
- Ensure the application of financial conditions stipulated in the contract;
- Perform control and processing of customer reimbursements;
- Control receipts and transfers related to permits;
- Verify tax withholdings applicable to issued invoices;
- Support monthly financial closing and the preparation of management controls;
- Identify and propose improvements in billing and collection processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and billing;
- Knowledge in issuing service invoices (NFS-e);
- Knowledge in tax withholdings and legislation applicable to service billing (ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, and CSLL);
- Experience in contract analysis for billing purposes;
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools;
- Intermediate Excel proficiency;
- Organization, attention to detail, and discipline in process execution;
- Analytical capacity for checking and validating information;
- Good communication for interaction with clients and internal departments.

- Experience in service provider companies or law firms;
- Knowledge in recurring billing and contract management;
- Experience with delinquency and collection indicators;
- Knowledge in integrated legal and financial systems.
Education
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields.
