Technical Assistant and Maintenance Technician

Adecco Italia is seeking a Technical Assistant and Maintenance Technician for a company specialized in textile production. The selected person will be interested in a mentorship path with a senior tutor who will allow them to learn the processes and products and acquire gradual autonomy in performing tasks. The resource will assist the supervisor in the following activities:- Apply technical/producive instructions from weaving assistants and collaborate in the productive and qualitative management of resources entrusted to them;- Perform setup, repair, and maintenance interventions on production machines;- Perform controls and adjustments for article changes and new installations;- Collaborate with the Process Technologist and Weaving Supervisor in implementing continuous improvement in the production department;- In the absence of the weaving assistant, it is required to substitute him/her in ordinary tasks under the supervision of the shift leader;The ideal profile:- Has mechanical bases at a level obtained through technical studies or at least 2 years of work experience in mechanical production contexts;- Knowledge and ability in using bench tools;- Is strongly predisposed to learning the proposed tasks, demonstrates initiative, attention to details, and is quality-oriented.Candidates with little to no experience are also being considered.Work schedule: Full Time, on two/three shiftsWork location: in the province of LeccoExpected hire date: Contract term up to 6/12 months, aimed at direct hiring within the company.
