N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY Supports the development of financial and accounting processes, ensuring compliance with DOF regulations. Provides support to the Financial Controller in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Assists in the analysis and interpretation of financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Supports the development of financial and accounting processes, ensuring compliance with DOF regulations. * Provides support to the Financial Controller in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. * Assists in the analysis and interpretation of financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Performs other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. * 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting. * Knowledge of DOF regulations and financial reporting requirements. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
