The resource will be responsible for the store's presidio in collaboration with the store manager. Responsibilities: - telephone research activities for clients - proactive mailing actions on prospect clients - collaboration with the store manager for the development of the point of sale and related knowledge on the territory (external relations, sponsorship opportunities and participation in events) - participation in events related to the reference stores - welcoming and assisting customers - tariff consulting - acquiring electricity and gas supply contracts - payment management - back-office activities on company IT systems in relation to customer practices managed daily at the point of sale - guarantee of the level of quality of the service - customer loyalty. Requirements: - predisposition to commercial negotiations - attitude to relate empathetically with the customer - ability to work independently even in stressful situations. - availability and flexibility. Characteristics of the offer - fixed-term contract directly.
