Dental Assistant

The DENTISTA.TV Group, a leader in the rapidly expanding dental sector with dental clinics present throughout the national territory, is looking for a: CHAIRSIDE ASSISTANT for its facility.

Responsibilities:

The resource inserted will be responsible for the following activities:

• Clinical Assistance: support to doctors in all branches of dentistry, with a particular focus on surgery, implantology, orthodontics, prosthetics, and dental hygiene.
• Preparation and Hygiene: setup and sanitization of operating rooms (dental units), always ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitization.
• Sterilization: complete management of the instrument sterilization process and correct maintenance/sanitization of machinery.
• Warehouse Logistics: monitoring and management of consumable and non-consumable supplies.
• Reception and Support: patient reception and support for front-office activities in synergy with the receptionist.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualification: possession of the professional qualification of Chairside Assistant (with regular certification) OR verifiable experience of at least 36 months in the 5 years prior to April 21, 2018.
• Experience: proven previous experience in the role within dental practices, with strong proficiency in assistance in all branches, especially in surgery and implantology.
• Technical Skills: excellent knowledge and application of instrument sterilization protocols and procedures.
• Soft Skills: excellent interpersonal skills, a strong predisposition for teamwork, and dynamism complete the profile.

Contractual Offer, Remuneration, and Bonuses

In line with new pay transparency regulations, the economic-contractual offer includes:

GRSA (Gross Annual Salary): € 22,335.88

Variable Part, Benefits, and Working Hours:

• Reward System: in addition to the fixed part, a plan of monthly bonuses up to €300.00 is provided, linked to the achievement of set objectives.
• Contract and Working Hours: 40-hour Full-time employment contract, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
• Supplementary Months: presence of Thirteenth and Fourteenth month salaries.
• Welfare: supplementary company health insurance.
