#### *Your Mission on the Team:*

In this role, you won't just be an "assistant". You will be the key player who ensures the sales team sells more and that the associate has an incredible experience:

* *Total Support for Sales:* Prepare proposals, monitor the sales funnel, and provide direct support to external consultants to "close deals".

* *Relationship Management:* Conduct consultative service calls via WhatsApp, phone, and email, delighting new prospects.

* *Impeccable Organization:* Manage contracts, check documentation of new associates, and perform accurate registrations in the system (SGA/CRM).

* *Retention Focus:* Negotiate with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that ensure their retention in our base.

* *Operational Mastery:* Generate performance reports and ensure all internal deadlines are met with excellence.

#### *What we are looking for in you?*

* *High School Diploma* (Ongoing higher education will be a differential that we love).

* *Experience* in administrative routines, sales, or customer service.

* *Proficiency in the Office Suite, with that **sharp Excel** to organize our data.

* *Communicative Profile:* Someone who knows how to negotiate, has empathy, and a lot of proactivity.
