Transportation Assistant

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:

• Perform extraction and consolidation of operational reports to monitor collection indicators and performance.
• Daily monitor collections and perform systemic status updates for strategic clients such as TikTok, Temu, Kwai, and C&A.
• Engage in follow-up and alignment with operational bases to ensure compliance with established deadlines and processes.
• Track packages without movement, identifying deviations and notifying responsible areas for regularization.
• Conduct periodic meetings with operational bases for results analysis, pending issue resolution, and action plan definition.
• Prepare management reports and performance indicators related to collections and operational flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, aiming for increased efficiency and reduced occurrences.
• Ensure the update of information in systems and internal controls, guaranteeing the reliability of operational data.
• Support involved areas in resolving operational problems and meeting the demands of strategic clients.
• Monitor SLA and productivity indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
