Main Responsibilities
Tasks: Our company operates by supplying automotive parts to the largest insurance companies in Brazil, through its own system that enables us to manage and monitor the entire purchase and delivery process. The Full-Time Technical Support Assistant will update and create documentation for IT infrastructure, as well as update stock control and inventory of equipment and peripherals. They will attend 2nd and 3rd level support requests, both on-site and remotely via access tool, support the internal development team for demands and improvements. They will extract indicators and reports for the Support Department, as well as act in resolving problems related to computer equipment and peripherals in support of the 1st level team. They will monitor Linux and Windows operating systems via monitoring tool and contact IT providers to open tickets in cases of inoperability or instability in contracted services and analyze reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements: Currently studying for a degree in T.I. (from the 4th semester). Knowledge of hardware on desktops and notebooks – (Advanced); Knowledge of installation and configuration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and Windows Server (2008, 2012 and 2019) – (Intermediate); Knowledge and configuration of networks (routers, switches and monitoring via Zabbix) – (Intermediate); Knowledge in remote access tools Any Desk, Remote Desktop and Ultra VNC – (Intermediate); Knowledge on the Azure and Office 365 administration panel – (Intermediate).
Work Schedule: Work Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00
Salary: R$2,300.00 per month
