Job description
Description of the vacancy Execute activities related to maintenance, equipment, general services, and inventory control, meeting deadlines, maintaining organization, ensuring safety and integrity of all. RESPONSABILITIES: Receive and verify inputs through invoices and purchase orders; Verify and store quality certificates of inputs, according to the relevant procedure; Distribute inputs to laboratories based on requests made; Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inputs; Verify and record inventory levels; Perform physical inventory counts; Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities; Maintain accurate records of inventory movements; Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards; Perform other tasks as required.
