JUNIOR/MID-LEVEL SOLUTIONS AND PROPOSALS ASSISTANT

Area: Projects and Solutions

Main focus: support to the Solutions area in the preparation, review, update, and formatting of commercial and technical proposals, presentations, information organization, and internal controls, in addition to supporting the administrative and operational demands of the area.

The ideal profile:

• Excellent command of the Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel;

• Experience with the preparation, review, and formatting of commercial and/or technical proposals;

• Organization and consolidation of information for proposals, presentations, and internal materials;

• Preparation and updating of executive and commercial presentations;

• Control and tracking of information, deadlines, pending items, and area demands;

• Good communication and ease of interaction with different areas and professionals;

• Proactive, organized, resourceful, hands-on, and multifunctional profile;

• Ease of learning, handling different demands, and seeking solutions;

• Previous experience in IT consulting will be considered a differential;

• Experience with proposals for technology services/projects will be considered a differential.

Important: we are looking for a professional with an operational and hands-on profile, who has the ease to get hands-on in the construction and organization of proposals and area materials. This is not a position focused on project management/PMO.

Work model: predominantly remote, with presence at the office at least once a month or whenever the area requires – São Paulo/SP – Vila Olímpia.
