Junior Human Resources Assistant
Job description
Main Activities: Assist in operationalizing the routines of the Personnel Department, Benefits, Recruitment & Selection and logistics of training programs, focusing on complying with Brazilian Labor Legislation and ensuring a healthy Organizational Climate, as well as financial activities.
· Build a healthy relationship with all QIMA collaborators;
· Maintain absolute confidentiality about various confidential information you have access to;
· Act as a positive opinion former about QIMA among collaborators;
· Stay updated on people management practices, proposing improvements for QIMA;
· Build and maintain relationships with Human Resources departments of companies in the same segment as QIMA for exchanging information whenever necessary;
· Assist in conducting internal communication at QIMA;
· Follow up and assist in Recruitment & Selection and Internal Recruitment activities;
· Keep organized and updated the QIMA candidate database;
· Assist in logistics of training programs;
· Act as a facilitator in New Collaborators Integration Programs;
· Follow up on newly admitted collaborators, intervening whenever necessary to ensure their adaptation in the company;
· Knowledge of labor laws.
Tasks related to the Personnel Department:
· Make timekeeping records;
· Support in preparing and sending data related to payroll, holidays, resignations, and movements,
· Guide new collaborators on admission procedures;
· Administer benefits offered by QIMA, including adding or removing beneficiaries;
· Send reports on benefits via system for the Finance Department to make payments;
· Provide support and guidance to collaborators and managers, clarifying doubts and providing orientations (aligned with your immediate supervisor);
· Conduct electronic point conference and send it to collaborators to validate;
· Participate in meetings and training sessions whenever requested by your supervisor;
· Execute other related activities as needed or at the discretion of your supervisor;
· Issue service invoices, data conferencing, and follow-up on billing;
· Assist in controlling accounts payable and receivable;
· Organize and archive financial and labor documents;
· Support simple reconciliations and system entries;
· Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting area demands;
· Assist in responding to collaborators' and suppliers' inquiries for basic information.
