Job description
We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to work in a multinational company, supporting talent attraction and selection routines.
Main responsibilities
Support R&S processes (job posting, screening, and scheduling);
Contact with candidates and follow-up on selection stages;
Support in interviews and profile alignment with managers;
Update departmental controls and systems;
Support in recruitment administrative demands.
Requirements:
Undergraduate or completed degree (HR, Psychology, Administration, or related fields)
Previous experience with Recruitment and Selection
Use of candidate sourcing platforms;
Experience in the Offshore market;
Good communication and organization skills;
Knowledge of Office suite.
