Industrial Process Assistant

We are looking for a talented Industrial Process Assistant to join our team in Resende, Rio de Janeiro | CDBS In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways: Act with autonomy in productive processes, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, interrupting activities in situations of risk and promoting a safety culture on a daily basis of operation. Fulfill and support the application of standards, policies and procedures for process control, monitoring and improvement, as well as for the implementation of new projects and initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of processes and the achievement of goals, always prioritizing quality, safety and efficiency. Participate in the development of procedures and guidelines for process management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor and control the performance indicators of processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring the integration of processes and the achievement of goals. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
