Job description
Temporary 90-day position with the possibility of permanent hire.
Work location: CD Anhanguera - Rodovia Anhanguera KM 26.5
Salary R$ 3061.00 - On-site cafeteria, Transportation Voucher, Shuttle departing from Terminal Jd Britânia.
Description:
- Answering phone calls from clients, salespeople, and carriers, seeking to solve or appropriately forward reported delivery issues;
- Preparing distribution, redelivery, and vehicle schedule reports;
- Handling return processing for deliveries;
- Developing KPIs for the Distribution Center and various control spreadsheets.
Prerequisites:
• High school diploma completed;
• Experience with administrative activities;
• Availability for shifts (including Saturdays);
