MARKETPLACE ASSISTANT

Sow Rh is conducting the selection process for one of its clients, a company operating in the segment of Manufacturing Tables and Chairs.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting marketplace operations, performing product registration and updates, monitoring orders, prices, stock, and commercial information on the platforms. You will provide support for online sales, ensuring the organization and quality of listings, contributing to good customer service, and monitoring indicators and opportunities for improvement in sales channels.

Main Activities

Register, update, and maintain products on the marketplace;

Monitor orders, stock, prices, and product availability;

Update listing information, images, and descriptions;

Support the monitoring of sales and digital channel indicators;

Identify inconsistencies in listings and request necessary corrections;

Support customer service and issue resolution related to customer orders;

Assist in organizing administrative processes related to marketplaces;

Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve online sales performance.
