- VACANCY OPEN | BILLING (RESIDE IN FORTALEZA FOR TRAINING)
Hour - second to Saturday - 5:00 PM-10:00 PM
Home-Office
Agravo Transportes is offering an opportunity in the billing sector!
We are looking for a person who is organized, attentive to details, responsible, and willing to grow professionally to join our team.
- Main activities:
- Emission and verification of CT-e, invoices, and other transportation documents;
- Perform billing for freight and services provided to clients;
- Emission of freight contracts and compliance with PGR;
- Verification and processing of embarkation documents, manifests, and receipts;
- Control of billing, sending proof of payment, and document organization;
- Emission of invoices and bills according to procedures and fiscal requirements;
- Release of advance payments for drivers;
- Control and follow-up on receivables and operational pending items;
- Support administrative and financial routines;
- Attend to clients, drivers, and operational team when necessary;
- SUPPORT IN RESOLVING DISPUTES AND FOLLOW-UP ON PENDING ITEMS RELATED TO BILLING;
- Contribute to organizing, improving, and efficiency of sector processes.
