Laboratory Assistant

BMR Medical is hiring a professional to assume the role of Laboratory Assistant, in the area of Microbiology. The professional will work in an ethylene oxide sterilization plant, performing the following activities: · Performance of microbiological tests related to products, manufacturing processes and factory environments; · Performance of chemical and physical-chemical tests related to products and raw materials used in manufacturing; · Participation in sterilization routines for production equipment and supplies; · Maintenance of laboratory records and reports; · Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with quality control standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Microbiology or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices is essential. Familiarity with computerized systems and software for data analysis and reporting is an asset. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team; · Strong communication and organizational skills; · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
