Job description
Our client, a renowned private security company, is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join its team in Belo Horizonte, MG.
The project is about 4 months. There is, however, the possibility of the employee being hired during this period.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Office Package;
- Availability of time;
- Reside in BH or metropolitan region.
- Advanced Excel
- Be taking some Higher Education course in Accounting Sciences, Administration, engineering, or areas related to Technology.
- English and Spanish will be a differential
- Desirable Knowledge in VBA
- Desirable Power Automation
- Carry out the release of Invoices
- Monitor and take necessary actions if there are pending issues in the registration of Invoices
- Carry out verifications related to the process of registering Invoices, both in supplier management and in expenses
- Attend requests and perform searches in the ERP Oracle according to the technical specifications indicated by the applicants and/or current legislation
- Internal and external email atendimento;
- Monitoring of database update routines;
