Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a person for the Customer Service Assistant position, for Porto Alegre, Parcão region, Moinhos de Vento. Our clients are corporate, high-end segment, therefore, we value a high level of service and delivery of our services.

Requirements:

- High school diploma completed. Higher education completed or in progress will be considered a diferencial;

- Negotiation skills;

- Intermediate Excel;

- Experience in customer service, preferably in the high-end segment;

- Excellent oral and written communication;

- Have empathy, cordiality, and good relationships;

- Proactive and problem-solving profile;

- Be attentive to details and willing to help;

- Have initiative, don't wait, you will have autonomy and space to solve!

Activities:

- Responsible for receiving and attending to our clients' requests and questions in person, by email, and by phone;

- System registration;

- Meeting room reservations;

- Administrative services;

- Contact interface areas to ensure follow-up;

- Support in various activities, as per the area's guidance and needs;

- Identify crisis situations, acting quickly with alternatives that enable a quality solution;

- Commercial support.
