Assistant Barman

The Belmond Copacabana Palace is hiring for the position of Assistant Barman, which will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and beverages, producing ingredients, organizing the bar, and producing events to ensure the satisfaction and exceeding of guests' expectations, providing a unique, memorable, and living the Belmond values in all its attitudes. The candidate must have availability to work on a 6x1 scale in varying hours (Turnante) Make sure to have a good understanding of the bar and its operations, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential. The candidate must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
