For the safety of our guests and for the highest standard of service, at De Montel - Terme Milano we are selecting Lifeguard Assistants!

What you will do:

• Supervision and safety of Guests: assistance to swimmers until exit, control of access and behavior in pools/wet-dry areas, accident prevention, obligation of constant presence in the surveillance area.
• Water control and hygiene: sampling every 2 hours, parameter verification, anomaly reporting, filling out records in compliance with regulations for thermal waters.
• Hygiene and sanitary management of areas: daily cleaning of pools, edges, grates, channels, pool bottoms, pool deck, and carrying out scheduled extraordinary cleaning.
• Management of equipment and tools: verification and maintenance of instruments, control of first aid kit and AED.

What we offer you:

We foresee an initial fixed-term contract; Collective Bargaining Agreement applied: Thermal Companies; Work location: Milan - San Siro area; Full-time working hours; 5 days out of 7.

We are looking for you if:

• You possess a valid Lifeguard certification;
• You possess a valid certification for the use of AED;
• You use the necessary equipment to perform the task, including rescue equipment;
• You have a good knowledge of the English language;
• Possession of BLSD certification will be considered a plus.
