Thermal Spa Assistant

We are looking for a Thermal Spa Assistant to join the team at the Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, located in Monsummano Terme (PT).

The Thermal Spa Assistant, thanks to the complex of thermal pools present in the structure, performs an activity with high impact on customer satisfaction that uses the services of the pool park in its entirety.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Ensuring customer safety within the perimeter of the pool park
  
• Providing customers with the best possible assistance to optimize their use of the services offered by the structure.
  
• Cleaning and tidying thermal spaces
  

The purpose of this position is to allow customers to enjoy maximum attention during their stay in the pool park through the activation of measures and behaviors guest oriented in the highest level of safety.

• Possession of a certificate
