For our Taormina store, we are looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant.

Mission

The Sales Assistant guides the customer into the Manebí world, sharing its heritage, values, and distinctive style. The resource is dedicated to creating a complete and personalized look for each customer, capturing their aspirations and enhancing their personality. This role is crucial for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and lasting relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome and assist the customer throughout the purchase process, guiding them in choosing the product best suited to their needs.

Actively promote sales through up-selling and cross-selling, contributing to the achievement of the store's sales objectives.

Maintain and cultivate positive relationships with customers, making them part of the Manebí Experience, also through digital tools and omnichannel communication.

Manage daily store operations: restocking, visual merchandising, store opening/closing, inventory.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, GDPR regulations, and workplace safety.

Effectively use digital tools to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience of at least 1-3 years in Retail or Luxury, preferably in similar roles.

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus.

Attitude for assisted sales and teamwork.

Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility in working hours.

Passion for fashion and attention to market trends (online and offline).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Location and Hours

The position involves on-site activities at the Taormina location. Please note that the company does not provide accommodation; therefore, any relocation or accommodation expenses will be borne by the candidate.
