Job description
Support the Operational Manager in the administrative routines of Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Personnel Administration, SESMT and Timekeeping, ensuring that the processes defined by CORPORATE and labor legislation are complied with.
Keep the unit's cloud updated, with all information/documents related to the subsystems R&S, Personnel Administration, SESMT, etc., ensuring organization and availability of information for the G.EN.T.E sector.
Manage the unit's benefits monthly, ensuring receipt by employees and the best cost for the company.
Carry out the hiring and dismissal process, according to the flowcharts defined by CORPORATE, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Manage the unit's SESMT, regarding PPRA/PCMSO/LTCAT, exams, and delivery of PPE, to ensure employee occupational health and compliance with NRs.
Request vacation scheduling from accounting and align with the leaders of each sector, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Feed the payroll spreadsheet with monthly occurrences, sending it to accounting, ensuring correct salary payment to employees.
Manage employee timekeeping daily, through the system, addressing occurrences to ensure consistency with work schedules.
Ensure, with the unit's leaders, the completion of the probationary period evaluation, sending and receiving the form, aiming for alignment between leadership and employee.
