CLT Collection Assistant

Job description

Responsible for supporting the collection area in administrative process management, ensuring organization, speed in document flow, execution of denials and support in interface with legal, contributing to the effectiveness of credit recovery actions.

Make contact with property representatives to request and collect necessary documents
Check and organize documents for sending to legal
Send processes/documents to legal for starting actions, when applicable
FOLLOW UP ON CASES forwarded to legal
Ensure all documents are complete and correct before sending
Update information in system/CRM
SUPPORT THE COLLECTION TEAM IN ORGANIZING THE PORTFOLIO AND ADMINISTRATIVE DEMANDS
CONTROL DEADLINES AND ENSURE PROCESSES MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT DELAYS
SERVE AS A BRIDGE BETWEEN COLLECTION AND LEGAL
NEGATE OUTSTANDING DEBTS WITH SERASA, ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY'S POLICY
ENSURE THAT DATA SENT FOR NEGATION IS CORRECT (CPF/CNPJ, VALUES, DATES, CONTRACT)
CONTROL AND FOLLOW UP ON NEGATED RECORDS
MONITOR PAYMENTS MADE AND PROVIDE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF NEGATION AFTER DEBT SETTLEMENT
AVOID ERRORS THAT MAY GENERATE LEGAL IMPACT OR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
KEEP A CURRENT RECORD OF ALL NEGATIONS AND SETTLEMENTS
RECURRENT CONTACT WITH CLIENTS/REPRESENTATIVES FOR DOCUMENT COLLECTION
ORGANIZATION AND CONFERENCE OF DOCUMENTATION
EXECUTION AND CONTROL OF NEGATIONS
FOLLOW UP AND WITHDRAW RESTRICTIONS AFTER PAYMENT
SEND DEMANDS TO LEGAL
FOLLOW UP AND UPDATE PROCESS STATUS
SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE COLLECTION TEAM
