Assistant Store Manager

As assistant store manager, you will work together with your team to ensure that the store always has a neat, attractive, and customer-friendly appearance. You set a good example on the shop floor and ensure smooth daily operations.

In the background, you are responsible for coordinating tasks, following up and directing colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

As right-hand man/woman of the store manager, you support him/her in all operational and organizational aspects. In the absence of the store manager, you take full responsibility and ensure that the store continues to function smoothly.

Tasks you will perform:

• Supporting the responsible person with daily planning and organization.
• Directing and motivating the team on the shop floor.
• Helping with inventory management and placing orders.
• Controlling walk-in presentation and ensuring a neat appearance.
• Solving operational problems and being an point of contact for employees and customers.
• Assisting with cash register work and other store processes as needed.
• E nsuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
