Assistant Team Leader Warehouse

Every day, our groceries are packed with great care and prepared for delivery. As an Assistant Team Leader in our warehouse in Amsterdam, you will lead a team of various Warehouse Employees to ensure that our processes are executed flawlessly. You will effortlessly solve any problems that come your way.

What you will do

As an Assistant Team Leader, you will lead 10-20 employees, coach them in their daily tasks, and ensure they work efficiently and safely. Additionally, you will monitor your team's productivity. You know who to compliment when, but you are also not afraid to address people when they do not meet your expectations. Your responsibilities are:

• You maintain an overview of the daily processes.

• You effortlessly report problems (and their corresponding solutions) to the Team Leaders.

• You motivate Warehouse Employees and ensure they complete their work with pleasure and on time.

• You critically examine the processes and identify areas for improvement.

This is you

Our Assistant Team Leaders are hands-on. Because they are actively involved on the floor, they quickly see what is going very well, but also what can be improved. They communicate this with the relevant employees, whether they are Order Pickers, Team Leaders, or Operational Leads. Together, they set the right priorities to ensure everything runs smoothly!

• You live in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam/Zaandam or have a car to get there.

• A portion of our groceries is kept refrigerated. You don't mind working regularly in an environment of 3-6 degrees Celsius or in the freezer at -26 degrees Celsius.

• You are available in the evenings and weekends, and you can work at least 24 hours per week.
