Assistant Team Leader Retail

What you will do

You will support the shop manager in leading the sales team. Together, you will ensure that every customer receives the best service and finds the right products. You will coach sales advisors, help them grow, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Managing our shops requires commitment and teamwork – you ensure the team achieves the best results.

You will receive a thorough management program and learn all aspects of leading a team. Before you know it, you will be leading your own shop!

What we offer

• Salary between €2,650 and €2,750 gross per month
• Variable bonus between €450 and €750 gross per month

• HBO (Bachelor's degree level) work and thinking level
