Assistant Team Leader Retail

What you will do

As an assistant team leader, you will passionately coach and guide sales advisors. Together with the shop manager, you will ensure that the team helps every customer in choosing the right products and services. You will work towards the highest turnover, the best customer experience, and the best-performing team.

Managing our shops is top-level sport. You find it challenging to learn, grow, and support team members so they can develop into the best version of themselves. Before you know it, you will be leading in your own shop!

What we offer you

• Salary between € 2,650 and € 2,750 gross per month
• Variable bonus between € 450 and € 750 gross per month
• Travel expenses allowance

• HBO work and thinking level (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience)
• You see opportunities, create them, and seize them
• You love coaching and leadership
• You are good at teamwork and have a sense of responsibility
• Preferably, you already have some leadership experience
