Assistant Team Coach Warehouse

For our client in Zolder, a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical products, we are looking for an Assistant Team Coach Warehouse.

As an Assistant Team Coach, you are the operational right-hand of the Warehouse Team Coach for the smooth running of warehouse operations within the Zolder branch. Specifically, you are responsible for the following:

• You are responsible for starting up or shutting down the warehouse and ensuring it runs operationally flawlessly.
• In the absence of the team coach, you are the point of contact for practical and operational questions.
• You are versatile in deployment at different workstations and fully aware of warehouse system management.
• You are the 'playmaker' who can indicate where operational adjustments need to be made.
• You participate in warehouse work and guarantee that orders are prepared on time, error-free, and efficiently, thereby contributing to excellent service for our customers.

You report directly to the Warehouse Team Coach.

• You have an organized, accurate, and hands-on way of working.

• You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable role.

The company's market segment includes Flanders, the Brussels-Capital Region, and partially Wallonia. The customer base consists of more than 2,500 pharmacies that are supplied up to four times daily, using 220 delivery vans and from eight sales points spread across Flanders, namely Bruges, Izegem, Kortenberg, Olen, Sint-Niklaas, Zolder, Wijnegem, and Frameries. The daily distance covered by the entire fleet for this purpose exceeds the circumference of the earth, i.e., more than 50,000 km. The company has 1200 employees.
