JYSK is looking for you! As Assistent Store Manager at JYSK, you have a crucial role in the success of our store. You coach and motivate your team to achieve goals together and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!

What will you do?

As right-hand man of the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing tasks in the store and sales results:

• You support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store
• You coach your colleagues, hold briefings, and ensure everyone knows what needs to happen
• You strive for the best customer experience: advising, helping, providing service
• You keep an overview, optimize processes, and think about improvements
• You jump in where needed: cash register, inventory replenishment, display setup, freight processing
