A position as an assistant team leader is the starting point of your potential management career! Within Odido, there are many opportunities to grow, and you will receive a thorough management training program. Before you know it, you will be leading in your own store!

Managing our stores is a top sport, and the goal is to ensure that you and the team achieve the objectives and the best results.

This team consists of sales advisors and a store manager. Together, you will aim for the highest turnover, the best customer experience, and the best-performing team. You find it challenging to learn, grow, and support team members so they can develop into the best version of themselves.

• Good salary between € 2,650 and € 2,750 gross per month;
• Variable bonus scheme between € 450 and € 750 gross per month;

This you bring

As an assistant team leader, you are able to coach and guide the sales advisors in the team with passion and enthusiasm. Together with the store manager, you ensure that the team can help every customer choose the right products and services. We can confidently entrust this to you because:

• You love coaching, leading, and can delegate well;
• You are good at teamwork and have a sense of responsibility;
• You preferably already have some management experience.
