Managing our shops is top-level sport, and the goal is to ensure that you and the team achieve the objectives and the best results.

This team consists of sales advisors and a shop manager. Together, you will strive for the highest turnover, the best customer experience, and the best-performing team. You find it challenging to learn, grow, and support team members so that they develop into the best version of themselves.

• Good salary between €2,650 and €2,750 gross per month;

As an assistant team leader, you are capable of coaching and guiding the sales advisors in the team with passion and enthusiasm. Together with the shop manager, you will ensure that the team can help every customer choose the right products and services. We can also confidently entrust this to you because:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO) work and thinking level;
• You see, create, and seize opportunities;
• You love coaching, leading, and can delegate well;
• You are good at teamwork and have a sense of responsibility;
• You preferably already have some leadership experience.
