As Assistant Restaurant Manager at Al Fresco, you will play an important role in the smooth running of daily operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, the kitchen brigade, and the team of service staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure optimal service and guest satisfaction. You will support operational tasks, such as efficient staff scheduling, inventory management, and placing orders. You will coach and guide team members, including trainees from our Academy, so they can grow in their roles. You will monitor the quality of service and dishes, with an eye for detail and perfect execution. You will take initiative and actively think about how we can further improve our service and guest experience. You will collaborate with the teams of our other outlets, such as the Grand Café, Gusto, and Rapido, to ensure a consistently high level of service. Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience as a manager in the hospitality industry
- Good command of the Dutch language; preferably also of English and German.
