- You are responsible for the daily leadership of the construction site in consultation with the project leader.
- You are jointly responsible for the preparation and execution of the works by directing the construction team, workers, and subcontractors.
- You procure and manage materials.
- You are responsible for the construction site administration.
- You maintain contacts with the client, the study office, and other involved parties.
- You are familiar with standard specification 250.
