Assistant Planner

What will you do?

As Assistant Planner, you are responsible for supporting the planning, taking into account the available resources, specific customer requirements, and legal regulations.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Taking and processing transport orders.
• Converting transport orders into an efficient route planning, taking into account existing limitations.
• Maintaining a total overview, so you can flexibly and adequately respond to changes.
• Guiding and frequently communicating with drivers.
• Coordinating and consulting with clients.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams and ensure that the right people and materials are in the right place at the right time. You are the link between drivers, planners, and clients and contribute to the safe and efficient execution of our projects. Customer orientation, efficiency, and compliance with laws and regulations are central to your daily work.

This is you!

• You have a MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level;

• You master Dutch and English or German, both verbally and in writing;

• You have an excellent topographic knowledge of Europe;

• You are well at home in MS Office, especially in Excel.
