Strengthen our team in Magdeburg (later in Stendal) as Assistant Personal (m/w/d) Focus Recruiting.

Tasks

• Creation and publication of job postings
• Sifting and pre-selection of application documents
• Planning and coordination of interview appointments
• Candidate correspondence
• Support in administration throughout the personnel department
• Maintenance and management of personnel records/data
• Scheduling organization
• Participation in implementing work safety measures, including documentation

Qualification

• Prior commercial training desired
• Work experience in recruiting
• Careful, responsible, and independent working style
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Safe handling of MS-Office
