Assignment

As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the tasks that the employees of your departments perform.
You ensure the smooth running of the departments and are in charge of all processes. You are supported by your manager.

Area of ​​Responsibility

• You always and everywhere put the customer first. You listen, inform and help your customer.
• You ensure correct prices.
• Together with the team, you work on an attractive appearance of the departments.
• You take care of the follow-up of orders, inventory management and the work organization of the team.
• You know the principles of replenishment and sales and can apply them.
• You apply the procedures specific to the department and your field of expertise.
• You make suggestions to the department manager to improve the commercial actions, the follow-up of the stock and the organization of the work in general.
• You support the manager in achieving the targets set.

Profile

• You are in possession of a Secondary Education diploma (or equivalent through experience).
• You have a first professional experience within sales / replenishment / retail.
• You have the right competencies to manage a team and you take initiative.
• You are flexible. Working in a changing schedule and on weekends does not scare you.
• Your qualities: customer and results-oriented, organizational skills / prioritization, team player and good communication.
• You speak Dutch.

• A full-time contract of indefinite duration (36h/week).
