This is what you will do

Are you a store manager in the making and want to work for one of the most fun and successful retail chains in the Netherlands? Then Kruidvat is the place where you can develop your entrepreneurial talents. Together with the store manager, you will run your own store, where no two days are the same. And that's good, because all that hectic activity and variety of tasks and activities will give you a lot of energy! One moment you'll be smartly reorganizing the store, and the next moment a colleague or customer will ask you for advice. You are a pro on the shop floor and thus truly become part of the team. You are well attuned to each other and aim for the highest daily turnover and for that smile on every customer's face. Had a busy and productive day? That feels good! Time for a proud message in the group chat. Is the store manager absent for a change? Then you are ultimately responsible and you will lead the #friendsteam. And because you are so well trained, you will do that very well!

This is what you get in return

This is you

• You have at least an MBO 4 work and thinking level.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager in retail or hospitality, preferably in a busy environment where you are constantly active.
• You are a social person and can communicate well and motivate others.
• You are commercially minded and flexibly deployable.
• You want to obtain the recognized diploma Assistant Pharmacist and/or Diploma Pharmacist (we pay!).
