Assistant Store Manager

This is what you will do

Are you enthusiastic about unboxing a new makeup line and do you have leadership skills? Do you want to advise customers with your passion for beauty? And do you want to lead and motivate your team to do the same? Then you are the assistant store manager we are looking for.

Together with the store manager, you ensure that everything in the store runs smoothly. The newly unboxed makeup line needs a nice spot in the store, the cash registers need to be counted, and some vacuuming might be in order. You are actively on the floor and direct other employees where necessary. When the store manager is out or busy with administrative tasks, you are in charge. You know your place in the store and feel responsible for good conversion and sales. Together with the store manager and your team, you go for gold!

This is you

• You have at least an MBO (vocational education) working and thinking level.
• You have some work experience as a manager in a sector where the customer comes first.
• You have the industry diploma Basic Vocational Training in Perfumery OR the drive to obtain this diploma (at our expense!).
• You enjoy helping others with good makeup, fragrance, or skincare advice.
• You enjoy managing a store and coaching a team.
