Together with a team of dedicated colleagues, you will, as an assistant support worker, make a positive impact on the daily lives of our clients with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities (MVB/LVB). You provide a safe and reliable environment where everyone feels seen and heard. You make it possible as an assistant support worker. Furthermore, you will be involved in:

• support in the daily routine, such as starting the day, day activities and/or ending the day and evening rituals;

• as a support worker, you help them discover their limitations and their strengths;

• you support the support worker in writing evaluations or developing action plans, and maintaining contact with the clients' relatives is also one of your responsibilities;

• coordinating (medical) care when necessary.

Like your colleagues, you are curious, approachable, and practical: you try out new ways of working, ensure that plans are actually implemented, and always consider the feasibility of ideas. As an assistant support worker MVB/LVB, you also have:

• a (completed) care education at mbo3 level (MMZ/SPW).

• you are willing to work irregular hours.

• you want to develop yourself as an expert in the field of MVB/LVB, especially you want to better understand client behavior.

• you are not afraid to also provide basic daily living assistance (ADL).

As an assistant support worker, you work 24-36 hours, depending on the vacancies at the location and your wishes. And you can count on:

• a good salary: As an assistant support worker, this means between €2,597 and €3,635 (scale 35 of the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg).

• extras that count: 8% holiday pay and a fixed year-end bonus of 8.33%.

• temporary bonus: At some locations, a monthly allowance of 7.5% on top of your salary.

• own control over additional employment conditions via Alleo: Choose how you use your additional employment conditions via the digital platform Alleo. For vitality, development, or simply extra free time.

• days off: 18 leave days + more than 7 balance leave days per year (pro rata). You can use the latter, save it, or invest it in yourself.
